Taller vehicles can sometimes be accommodated, but if not available the driver is responsible for payment on street. Early check-in by prior arrangement for small fee. Check-out before 10.30am - Late check-out is not possible. Check-in anytime between 3pm and 10pm. All guests must be declared at time of booking, our pricing structure is occupancy based and not per room. Breakage/damage is chargeable. Winter workers deal does not include breakfast or daily service.
Bookings must be paid for using a valid credit or debit card or any other payment type specified, 48 hours prior to arrival, unless Advance purchase when payment is taken on day of booking. If your card is declined, we will cancel your booking. Breakfast is included for all direct bookings unless otherwise stated - If your booking was made through an agent, different terms may apply. Agents may offer deals with breakfast or room only. Once payment is taken your booking is not flexible, can not be cancelled and will not be refunded. Please ensure you are aware and comply with all current restrictions during covid-19 pandemic.
When Your Booking is confirmed, a reservation number is given. This number should be retained for access to Your Booking details if cancellation or amendment is necessary. You may need to quote this reservation number when contacting us or the agent that you have selected in the booking process.
Smoking is not permitted within the premises, if the fire bell is falsely triggered, or fire bell sensors are tampered with you will be fined.
If you cancel your Booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival as printed on your Booking Confirmation you will be charged the full amount of your booking, including any Booking Extras. If you book an advance purchase deal then your card will be charged at time of booking and no refund is given for cancellation, date change or no-show (agents and direct bookings). Deposits and Advance purchase are non-refundable and are not flexible. If you used an agent to book you must contact the agent to cancel to avoid any penalty.
As of 24th September, the UK government has declared that NHS Track & Trace is now mandatory. You must check-in online via our website before your arrival and optionally scan the NHS Track & Trace QR code at our main entrance on arrival otherwise we are required by law to refuse entry.
